Knocknagow Irish Dancers are based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area of Minnesota.
Active in the Twin Cities since 1985, Knocknagow dances traditional Irish Ceili and Set dances. Many of our dancers have a background in Irish step dancing and have studied Sean Nos, and we incorporate those into our performances and choreographies as well.
Knocknagow performs annually at the Landmark Center in St. Paul on St. Patrick’s Day, the Festival of Nations in May, and at Irish Fair on Harriett Island in August. We also perform at various events throughout the Twin Cities and the state of Minnesota, including festivals, County Fairs, family reunions, church dedications, and wakes. Knocknagow has also performed for the Special Olympics, at the Minnesota State Fair, and at Milwaukee Irish Fest.
